Lantern Mixing Pot Restaurant has a casual yet elegant food and beverage program run under the supervision of the hotel’s own executive chef, Chef Charles, whose exposure to world cuisine has shaped the kitchen of this luxurious hotel.  The restaurant extends to its guests a wide range of international cuisine with a twist of unique local flavours, a selection of mouth-watering traditional Sri Lankan dishes and tapas-style barbeque nights. It is replete with a team of cooks who strive to meet their visitors' personal requests.

The hotel also houses its own organic garden which provides fresh and nutritious vegetables, herbs and fruits, which are carefully picked and used as choice ingredients.  The cooks also select the best catch from the sea.  The restaurant aspires to create an eclectic and changing variety of boutique wines and cocktails from across the globe, with fine spirits and liquors and cigars for the discerning taste.
